Processing time

Each item’s processing time may vary, but we will do our best to get your product processed within 5 – 7 days of receiving your order.

Estimated shipping times

Shipping times depend on your chosen shipping method. Free shipping and basic shipping typically take 4 – 6 business days from the time your order has been processed and shipped. (This may result in a total processing and delivery time of 14 days)

Although we do not guarantee shipping times you will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been processed and is shipped. You will be able to track your package every step of the way. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Full Throttle Life is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment Options

All payments are processed securely through Paypal or Stripe. You do not need a Paypal account to use your credit or debit card at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your product. Please see conditions of return and follow the instructions.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items

• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) Close out Items

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is being exchanged for a different size, color or design there will be a $5.00 restocking fee on all tees and $10.00 for sweatshirts. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Step 1 – Email us at info@motoincorporated.com and in the subject field notify us if it is a RETURN or EXCHANGE, please include in the body of your email your order# and reason for return.
